Jocelyn's Birthday

We went to Ft. Collins to celebrate Jocelyn's seventh birthday. Who is the real doll here?
Jocelyn got to pick her favorite dessert for her birthday party and looked through Tamara's chocolate cookbooks and found a rich chocolate pie with cherries on top. It tasted as fantastic as it looked. It was her turn to wear this special birthday hat. Sure looked cute!

Jocelyn and Morgan now have separate rooms. The first thing Jocelyn wanted us to do was to come and look at her new room. She had this new bedspread and curtains and wallpaper border to make it very special just for her. Morgan is equally excited to have a room all by herself.

Tamara's Birthday Party

We were so glad we could celebrate Tamara's birthday while the family was in town.

I have been working on photo albums this week and finishing up the 2008 pictures. Thought you might want to see some of the Christmas pictures. The above picture shows us playing Natalie's Ticket to Ride--Europe game. I think if you click on this little line you might see the various manicures we all got during the holidays.

Roslyn and Ethan are exhausted after such a busy and exciting Christmas. Note Ethan's favorite pillow.

Cameron was soooo excited to open legos. He started putting them together before the rest of his gifts were unwrapped.

I think Natalie has this gift figured out by the look on her face.

This trio sounded wonderful on Christmas Eve! You wouldn't believe the progress that Charles has made on the clarinet with Clark's teaching skills.

December Trip to Utah

Kristen and Geoff and family in December

Burnside Family at Zach's baptism

Paul and Zachary on December 6, 2007

We were able to go to Utah the first week in December to attend Zachary's baptism. While we were staying with Grandpa Klemm, we decorated his tree. As you can see, he looked much much better than he he did most of October.

Kristen fixed a delicious meal with homemade carrot cake for dessert. Pictured here are Brittany, Roslyn, Jeri, Zachary, Cameron, Monika, and Alathia

Halloween in Utah

The following pictures were taken in Utah. Grandpa even gets more trick or treaters than we get in Colorado. Paul's garage is done and really fits in with the style of his home. Can you believe that Cameron and Zachary showed up wearing the same Bronco shirt?
Halloween at Grandpa Klemm's

Natalie looked stunning with blue wig and blue fingernails!

Paul even embroidered his jacket with DJ Paul and Musicologist. His shirt flashed colors with the beat of his music! He wore it to a Halloween Party where he was the DJ.

The garage is oversized and even finished nicely inside.

Cameron and Zachary are big Bronco fans, as you can tell. The kids made Grandpa very pleased when they raked his leaves in the backyard!

grandpa sick

Grandpa got very sick the middle of October and was here in the hospital. You can see how tired and stressed he was with the intense pain he was induring. Teeny and I stayed through a night at the hospital.
Grandpa is continuing to recover at his home and seems to get a little stronger each day. He surely enjoyed the company and thoughtfulness of his family, neighbors and ward leaders.
